REVAC CHEM

Description

Developed and formulated by WSBL Ltd at our UK manufacturing facility, Revac ISBM Chem is a vinyl sound barrier loaded with barium sulphate and calcium carbonate minerals as specified and used in ISO 15665 and Shell DEP’s and can be used as an acoustic pipe wrap to all classes.

Revac ISBM Chem has been designed to have high mass for effective acoustic pipe wrap applications in the oil and gas (LNG) industry.

The product is free of lead, unrefined aromatic oils and bitumen. It has very good resistance to mineral oils, greases, weak acids and alkalis.

Revac ISBM Chem is available in high and low-density, low-temperature and self-adhesive options and in nominal weights ranging from 2kg/m² up to 10kg/m².

General Product Information:

The Revac® ISBM Chem range of flexible barriers includes heavy mass layers from 2kg/m2 to 10kg/m2.
Lower density and thickness bias options available.
Low temperature barriers with a minimum service temperature of -40°c are also available within the ISBM CHEM (CBM) range of products.
Higher flexibility, higher strength variants available.
Oil and gas products designed to meet ML-V sound barrier specification detailed in ISO 15665 and SHELL DEP’s.
Various substrates can be applied to BM Chem products during manufacture (Hessian – UV Top-coats – Adhesives etc)
