Developed and formulated by WSBL Ltd at our UK manufacturing facility, Revac® Momentum S FF SGQ is a TPO polymer-based noise control barrier which has been designed to be extremely flexible and strong, and, also very soft whilst retaining a similar density to other Revac® products.

Revac® Momentum Tan FF SGQ exhibits excellent conformability compared to other materials of similar design and also has the benefit of being fully recyclable.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our company ethos and as such, Revac® Momentum Tan FF can be supplied in various formats including roll or sheet form depending on the customer requirement and also with a number of differing substrates as detailed within this product presentation.

General Product Information:
  • Revac® Momentum Tan FF SGQ is a UK building regulations Class 0 foil faced, dense flexible sound barrier mat based on a formulation comprising of thermoplastic polymers filled with naturally occurring minerals. The acoustic barrier is decoupled with a fibreglass quilting.
  • Free from lead, bitumen and unrefined aromatic oils.
  • Revac® Momentum™ Tan FF SGQ is designed to improve the sound insulation of existing panels of metal, wood, plastic etc., at all frequencies.
  • Available in sheets or rolls the material is particularly soft and flexible to give excellent conformability to existing structures and effective noise insulation of pipes and ductwork and similar assemblies.

Revac Momentum Tan FF RW25
  • Revac Momentum Tan FF RW25 is a space layer limp polymeric noise insulation material with excellent acoustic attenuation properties.
  • The acoustic barrier is decoupled with a 25mm quilted mineral wool.
  • The sheet is a thermoplastic polymer compound based on thermoplastic TPO and naturally occurring minerals. The material does not contain any unrefined aromatic oils, bitumen, lead, cadmium, chromium or similar restricted heavy metals or their compounds.
Revac Momentum Tan FF Neptune 3045H
  • Revac Momentum Tan FF 3045H is a space layer limp polymeric noise insulation material with excellent acoustic attenuation properties.
  • The acoustic barrier is decoupled with a 25mm quilted Polyester material.
  • The sheet is a thermoplastic polymer compound based on thermoplastic TPO and naturally occurring minerals. The material does not contain any unrefined aromatic oils, bitumen, lead, cadmium, chromium or similar restricted heavy metals or their compounds.
